Expectations 

Required 

  • English Proficiency 

  • Basic computer skills

  • Being able to multitask 

  • Able to work independently  

Experience is preferred but not required 

Basic Duties 

  • Answering client calls and making calls

  • Inputting client information in our system 

  • Quoting potential and retaining clients 

  • Saving files and storing important client information correctly 

  • Sending forms
